How to place an order?
Simply reach out to us by dialing (314) 452-0020. Alternatively, you can place orders via text message. Feel free to call us with any inquiries or to discuss our available packages.
Pickup/Delivery?
Pickups take place in Ballwin, and the precise address will be shared after the order is placed. For deliveries, there is a fee of $1 per mile (round trip).
Wondering about our cancellation policy?
A full refund will be provided if the cancellation is made at least two weeks before the event. If the cancellation occurs within two weeks, we will make every effort to accommodate and refund as much as possible, taking into consideration the preparation work and other existing orders.
How to make a payment?
To secure your order, we ask for a 50% down payment upfront at the time of order and the remaining 50% to be paid 24 hours before pickup/delivery. Payment details will be shared separately.
How far in advance to order?
For sizable wedding and party orders, we advise making reservations at least one month in advance to secure availability. However, we do require a minimum of two weeks’ notice before the event.
Halal/vegan/allergy friendly?
All our desserts are guaranteed to be 100% halal, containing no pork or alcohol products. Currently, we do not have vegan and allergy-free dessert options available.
